The location is very convenient with M2 and M10 trams right in front of the building, and Prenzlaur Allee S-bahn station a 8 minute walk away. It's very quiet and peaceful in the apartment and you get a lot of morning and day time sun. The curtains in the bedroom block light well so it won't bother you in the morning. There is a good amount of green space inside the building, and Fröbelpark right behind which is a nice place for running and getting sun.
