Hi I am Yaron and I would like to offer my apartment for the period from July 20th to October 10th.

The price I mentioned above is per Day! So if you want to rent the apartment for the whole 2 and a half months it's 4235€. If you don't want to stay the whole time, you can calculate the end price with 55€ x Days you want to stay.

It's a very nice apartment on the 4th floor with a large balcony that gets lots of sun and from which you can see far across Berlin. There is no elevator so you have to take the stairs.

The apartment is located in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, right in the center. For example, you can reach Alexanderplatz or Mauerpark in 10 minutes.

the apartment has a direct connection of 1 minute walk to 2 tram stations. It also has a 6-minute walk to an S-Bahn station and there is also a bus station 10 minutes away. From this apartment you can get anywhere in Berlin quickly and cheaply.

There is a supermarket right next to the apartment and there are many small local restaurants in the immediate area, as well as some restaurants.

It would be very nice if you smoke to smoke on the balcony.
