wir vermieten im Juni (31.Mai - 21. Juni) unsere schöne 85qm große Altbauwohnung mit zwei Zimmer und Wohnküche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein hochwertiges 160cm Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch. Im Wohnzimmer steht eine riesige Couch mit einem weiterem Arbeitsplatz, einen Klavier und einen Beamer mit Zugang zu allen Streaming Services. Die große Wohnküche ist super ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine) und läd zum ausgiebigen Kochen ein, an dem 2 Meter langen Tisch lassen sich wunderbare Dinner veranstalten. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon und eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig möbliert und liebevoll gestaltet. Daher suchen wir jemanden, der sorgsam und respektvoll mit unseren Sachen umgeht.
Die Wohnung liegt im Bötzowkiez und in der Nähe vom Kollwitzkiez: unzählige Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Läden prägen die Gegend. Die Straßenbahn M4 ist 2 min von der Haustür entfernt und fährt innerhalb von 7 min zum Alexanderplatz.
Miete sind 750€ für den angegebenen Zeitraum.

We are renting out our beautiful 85 sqm old building apartment with two rooms and a living kitchen in June (May 31 - June 21). The bedroom features a high-quality 160 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The living room has a huge couch, another workspace, a piano and a projector with access to all streaming services. The large living kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and invites you to cook extensively; the 2-meter-long table is perfect for hosting wonderful dinners. There is also a balcony and a bathtub.
The apartment is very high-quality furnished and lovingly designed. Therefore, we are looking for someone who will treat our belongings with care and respect.
The apartment is located in the Bötzowkiez area and near Kollwitzkiez: countless restaurants, cafés, and small shops characterize the neighborhood. The M4 tram is 2 minutes away from the front door and takes you to Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes.
The rent is €750 for the period.
