Ich bin momentan noch Hauptmieter in einer wunderschönen 4 Zimmer Wohnung, möchte aber gerne alleine wohnen und der Rest der WG (jünger) wollen zusammen ziehen.
Ich möchte daher den Vorteil nutzen und gerne tauschen. Meine Wohnung ist Südseite und perfekt für WGs geeignet, EBK, separater Waschmaschinenraum, Balkon, in der ganzen Wohnung Dielen bzw. Parkett und Stuck, neue Wärme und Schallschutzfenster wurden erst vor 2 jahren eingebaut.
Verkehrsanbindung beinahe perfekt (M10, SBahn, Tram)
Bei Details einfach nachfragen.
Die Warmmiete der Tauschwohnung sollte 360 Euro warm(!!!) nicht übersteigen und sollte bestmöglich zentral im Prenzlberg liegen.
Eine große 1-2 Zimmer Wohnung, hell,wäre toll, nicht zuletzt wegen meinen 2 Katzen.
Also sprich: groß und günstig
