Ich möchte gerne meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg gegen eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung tauschen.
ICH BIETE:
Meine Wohnung liegt in der Chodowieckistaße in der nähe der Prenzlauer Allee und hat 2 Zimmer. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit Balkon im Vorderhaus, ca. 65 qm, 3.OG, Einbauküche, Wannenbad, Zentralheizung, 560,- Euro Warmmiete.
Die Wohnung ist hell, in einem sehr guten Zustand und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Im Sommer kann man wunderbar auf dem Balkon sitzen und den Abend genießen.
ICH SUCHE:
3 Zimmer Wohnung oder 2 Zimmer mit Wohnküche in Kreuzberg, Mitte oder Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wohnung sollte ruhig liegen und hell sein. Bevorzugt wird Altbau und Dielenböden, keine Ofenheizung, bis 800,- Warmmiete.
Ich freue mich auf Eure Angebote! Das Tauschdatum ist frei verhandelbar. Irgendwann ab Mai bis in den Spätsommer.
