Though the area during the day is very lively and you can find anything you need within 2-3minutes walking, at night it is very quiet and safe.
Within just 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment you will find a huge supermarket Rewe, the U2 Eberswalder Str. Subway station, even closer there are 2 tram stops – M2 taking you directly to Alexanderplatz within 5 minutes and M10 going to Friedrichshain district.
The flat is located in the 2nd floor of a lovely, recently renovated ‘Altbau’ building. Neither of the windows goes out to the street, both sides of the flat overlook beautifully kept courtyards.
The apartment is partially furnished, perfect for a short-term stay whilst looking for a permanent place to live.
