cosy & sunny flat at Prenzlauer Berg from 18.07. - 04.08.

Located in the middle of the nice area in Prenzlauer Berg, this charming Altbau flat provides everything you need for a pleasant stay in Berlin! It has a big living room, a kittchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bath and a big lovely balcony as well! The flat is really sunny. It´s starts in the morning in the kitchen and from midday you will have the sun all the day at the balcony. The balcony is big enough to enjoy with three people. In the living room (connecting room) it is possible to have a bed for a third person.  

It is only a 3-stop train ride to Alexander Platz and around the house are a lot of cosy bars and great restaurants. The area of Mitte is close as well. In the neighborhood you can rent some bikes to explore the city and supermarkets close as well. 

The apartment is on the 3th floor and the use of a elevator is possible. It´s spacious and bright with high ceilings, huge windows and original hardwood floors. The kitchen is provided with a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a big kitchen table to sit and eat at. In the bathroom you will find a bath and the washing machine. A Wifi-Connection, towels and Linen for the beds are provided. 

I rent my flat during the time I'm not in Berlin because of work. You will get a full equipped flat and can fell free to use everything you need.

Payment by transfer at the date of the booking.  
Deposit : 200 € (by transfer at the date of the booking or in cash at your arrival).
