ich biete meine traumhafte, lichtdurchflutete 2 Zimmer Altbau- Wohnung am Helmholtzplatz für 3 Wochen im Zeitraum vom 27.09.-18.10.2013 an.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Paare oder auch Eltern mit Kind. Sie hat 2 Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche (ca. 25 qm2) und 2 Eingangstüren.
Die Zimmer sind alle sehr hell und verfügen über neue Fenster. Zusätzlich wurde die komplette Wohnung kernsaniert und es befindet sich in allen Räumen (außer Badezimmer) ein Dielenboden.
Das Badezimmer bietet viel Platz, eine Badewanne, WC und helle Fließen.
Die Wohnküche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Verweilen ein und besitzt eine EBK mit Spülmaschine.
In der Wohnung befinden sich sämtliche Möbel und Elektrogeräte (Sofa,Doppelbett, Lampen, Couch, Geschirr, Schränke, Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, TV).
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir suchen nette und zuverlässige Zwischenmieter, die gerne zentral aber auch ruhig wohnen wollen.

I offer my beautiful and bright 2 room flat at the Helmholtz for a 3 week period (from 27.09.-18.10.2013).
The apartment is perfectly suitable for couples or parents with kids. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a large kitchen (25-m2), 1 bathroom and 2 entrance doors.
All of the rooms are very bright and all have new windows. The entire apartment was completely renovated a few years ago. The bathroom has a tiled floor, the other rooms have a wooden floor. The bathroom has plenty of space, a bath tub, toilet and a washing machine.
The kitchen invites to relax, cook and eat together. Because of the big windows it is very bright. The kitchen has a big kitchen table and a fitted kitchen with a dish washer, a fridge and a gas oven.
The apartment is fully furnished and has all the electric devices you will need (sofa, double bed, lamps, couch, dishes, cupboards, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WLAN etc.).
The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
We are looking for nice and reliable subtenants who want to stay central but also quiet for 3 weeks.

Ringbahn, U2, Tram fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kulturbrauerei, viele Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bioläden und der Mauerpark befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Helmholzplatz liegt vor der Tür und lädt zum Picknicken ein.
