The flat has a big living room with a huge 'french window'(floor to ceiling) towards south, one bedroom with a double bed and two smaller rooms, which can be used as child's/guest-room or study. It is situated on the fourth floor (unfortunately without elevator but therefore bright and quiet) in the side-wing of an historic building (view over Kollwitzplatz) at beautiful Husemannstraße. The flat is ideal for a small family, a couple or a single person who appreciates space.

You find the flat right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, directly at the Kollwitzplatz - one of the most popular Berlin neighborhoods for graduates, Berlin-enthusiasts or young families. It is an area with typical small cafés, restaurants and individual small shops, parks and playgrounds. Nearby you find several supermarkets, the tube station is only a short walk away (two stations to Alexanderplatz).
