Wir bieten: eine kleine, ruhige 37 mq Wohnung in der Nähe von Schönhauser Allee.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am 1. OG im Seitenflügel. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Wir zahlen momentan 335,88 Euro warm.
Wir suchen: Mein Freund und ich suchen eine größere, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (50-80 mq), am liebsten in Prenzlauer Berg oder auch Ostkreuz, Friedrichshain, Treptower Park; Warmmiete: bis zum 650 Euro.

Die Wohnung ist super gut gelegen, 3 min. zur S-Bahn und U-Bahn (U2) Schönhauser Allee und zu den Schönhauser Allee Arkaden. Tram (M1, M13) in 100 m auf der Schönhauser Allee. M10 nicht weit. Der Mauerpark und die Kastanienallee sind auch einfach 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Umzugstermin ist sehr flexibel.
Ich freue mich sehr auf alle Angebote, am liebsten mit Foto.
