Hallo,
da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe, möchte ich meine schöne Prenzlauer Berg Wohnung zum 1.8. weiter vermieten.
Der angegebene Mietpreis wurde gerade erst angepasst und ist aktuell.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar Hochparterre, ist aber aufgrund eines offenen Innenhofes recht hell. Der Balkon ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und bekommt am Tag einige Stunden Sonne ab.
Ich habe mich in meiner Wohnung immer wohl gefühlt.
Falls ihr Interesse an der Wohnung habt, so schreibt mir einfach eine Mail, damit ich euch die Anschrift und einen Besichtigungstermin zukommen lassen kann.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der John-Schehr-Strasse, unweit des S- Bahnhofes Greifswalder Strasse, sowie den Straßenbahnen M4 und M10. Somit besteht direkter Anschluss zur Ringbahn, sowie zum Alex, nach Friedrichshain und dem übrigen Prenzlberg.
Das Bötzow-Kiez mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ein Kaisers und eine Bank sind praktischerweise direkt um die Ecke.
