Ich miete meine Wohnung für die Zeitraum 19-28 Dezember für 250 € alles inklusiv.(könnte auch ein bisschen früher und später sein), als ich in Urlaub bin. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 2 Personen, als ich ein doppeltes Bett habe.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, gröseres und helles Wohnzimmer, ein Badzimmer mit Badewanne und eine Kuche mit alle die Geräte, die man braucht. Das Beste, es gibt ein kleines Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt 3 Min. zu Fuss von S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee, und nur 10 Minute mit dem Tram zum Alexanderplatzt enfernt. Für weitere Frage, bitte melden sich!!

I rent my apartment for 10 days (19-28 December. If needed could be a bit longer too, just ask!)...for 250 €, everything included. It is suitable for 2 people.
Apartment greatly located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Very good connections with public transportation: 3 min walk to the S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee and to Tram. 10 minutes to Alexander Platz.
The apartment is sourrounded by many shops, and also supermarkets. Also it's perfectly located in Prenzlauer Berg, close to the area where all the bars and cafés are (10-15 min walking), but yet not directly there, so very quiet, therefore allowing to explore during the day and rest properly during the night.
The apartment is located in a fourth floor without lift and it consists of: the bedroom is small but nice and comfy. The window heads to a small balcony. If you stay here,you'll have access to a big kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher), a small bathroom with bathtube and a big and very bright livingroom that faces south (TV, stereo, nice and comfortable table to work...).
No parties are allowed, if neighbours do complain to Police about noise after 10 pm, it will be a reason to keep the diposit. The most important rule at my place is: leave everything as you found it! :-)

3 Minute zum Fuss zum Öffentlicheverkehrsmittel (S-Bahn: Prenz. Allee und Tram)
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the S-Bahn Prenz. Allee were amongs others, the Ring allows you to reach the whole city easily. Tram will also take you to Alexanderplatzt in 10 Minutes.
The apartment is also located in Prenzlauer Allee, very close to where all the bars and restaurants are (10 minutes walking) but yet not directly there, therefore it is very quiet. Just on the corner you can find many supermarkets.
Important House Rules:
- Smoking is not allowed. Only in the Balcony and with doors closed so smoke doesn't get inside.
- Parties are also not allowed. Please be respectful of neighbours and don't make noise after 10 pm. Any complaing by them in that aspect (that means, if Police comes) will be a reason to keep the deposit.
- For the rest: just treat the place as if was your place. Leave it as you found it. Broken items will have to be replaced.
