We offer a big apartment (82m2) in the heart of Prenzlauerberg,
a very lively area full of bars, restaurants, parks, flea-market, cinemas...
The apartment is located 8 mn from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, and 2 mn from the M12 tramway.
Apartment is divided into a small but clean bathroom with shower,
a kitchen with everything you need,
a dressing where you can have a shelf,
a room with double mattress on the floor (160x200)
and a big leaving-room.
Suitable for one person or couple,
or couple with kid/baby (we have either a small mattress and a crib)
The heating is old style east-berlin coal/wood stove.
Wifi is available and included.
We provide sheets and towels.
The dates are flexible.
The length of stay is also flexible:
2 weeks: 500 € (all incl.)
3 weeks : 650 € (all incl.)
