Wir bieten unser 60qm Appartment im Penzlauerberg in der Zeit vom 09. 12. 14 und 22.12.14 zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Schönhauser Allee, allerdings im Hinterhaus, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Bis zur U/S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee sind es 2 Min. zu Fuß; die Tram M1 hält direkt vor dem Haus; zur Eberswalder Straße sind es 4 Min. zu Fuß. In 5 Min. ist man am Alex, in 10/15 Min. erreicht man Museumsinsel/ Hackescher Markt/ Hautbahnhhof.
Im Haus gibt es einen Bio-Supermarkt. Kleine Boutiquen, Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum, Spielplätze, Kastanienallee und Mauerpark sind nur wenige Gehmintuen entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Hi Speed Internet (W-Lan) (Sorry, kein Fernseher). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Bettsofa, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Schrank und Babybett. Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen oder ein Paar mit Kleinkind (bevorzugt!)

Die Miete beträgt 750 Euro pro Monat (25Euro pro Tag), inklusive Strom, Heizung, Internet, Festnetz-Flatrate. Die Kaution entspricht einer Monatsmiete und wird einen Monat nach Auszug zurückerstattet.

We are offering our 60sqm apartment in Prenzlauerberg between 09th Dec’14 to 22nd Dec’14. The apartment is right on the big street but in back house, so it’s absolutely quiet. 2mnt’s walk to Schönhauser Allee U2 (metro) and S-Bahn station, Tram M1 right in front of house, 4mnts walk to Eberswalder Str. U-bahn and U10/12 Tram. Alexander Platz is 5mnt by metro, 10/15mnts to famous Museum island, Hackischer Markt and Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Vibrant Kastanienallee, famous Mauer Park is 5mnts walk, Bio-Super Market down stair, shopping mall, tons of restaurant, all kinds of daily amenities, many kids parks are all within 5mnts walk or right in front of house.

The apartment is moderately furnished (as you can see in the pic), and comes with fridge, washing machine, toaster, electric katle and hi speed wifi, no Tv(sorry). It has a big living room with a convertible bed, and a decent size bedroom with a double bed, (part of) big wardrobe and a baby bed (in case you are a small family), bathroom with a bathtub ! It’s ideal for two persons or a couple with a kid (preferred).

Rent for a month is 750euro (25euro per day), inclusive of everything : Electricity, heating, wifi-internet, free landline ph. You have to deposit a months rent as caution which will be refunded a month after you leave the apartment.

Please don’t write if you are not in Berlin or can provide a valid proof (ticket, visa etc) of being here around that time! Copies of Identity Card/Passport, Visa (in case of foreign national) is needed before final agreement.
