Charmin & bright apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Beautiful location in the district Prenzlauer Berg not far from Berlin Mitte.
There are numerous entertainment options in this amazing neighborhood: lively bars, nice cafés, tasty restaurants and diners in different price ranges, beautiful shops and lots more. Supermarkets (conventional & organic) and bakeries are around the corner. Also at a stone's throw away is an old (but renovated) brewery area with Clubs, Theater and Cinema. In every street is more than one "Späti" the famous late night stores for food, tobacco, drinks and more.
Although the area is lively you'll feel like living in a calm village because the apartment is located in the backyard building.
If you have children you will be amazed about the many playgrounds in the vicinity!

In 4min. walking distance is the subway station Eberswalderstrasse, as well as a tram station and a few streets away is the suburban train station Schönhauser Allee. So it is well connected to the public transport system.

I am looking for a nice and responsible person, two friends, a couple or a small family who are searching for a 2 months stay in this beautiful and safe area. If you have kids you will enjoy the plenty playgrounds here!
The subtenants endeavor to take good care of the apartment and its equipment and maintain an over all clean state. The apartment will be handed over in great cleanliness and is expected to be handed back in the same condition.
Please tell me about you, your occupation and with whom you want to stay in the apartment. ..and your plans in Berlin!
If a rental with you and your friend/partner/family comes about, nonetheless I only want one person who is representative and will take responsibility on all issues. There will be an informal letter for the intermediate rent (Agreement). I’ll need a digital copy of your ID and also a permanent address of yours. As well of the other person/s. For a confirmed reservation the deposit has to be transacted to my account prior to the renting date.

A few house-rules:
1. Take off the shoes in the apartment. Use your slippers!
2. Don't host other guests without my prior approval.
3. Please log the apartment when you leave it during the day.
4. Please turn off any light that you are not using.
5. Use water responsibly, don't waste it arbitrary.
6. Please put the heating down when you leave the apartment during the day.
7. Please ensure regular and adequate room aeration.
8. This is a non-smoking apartment.
9. Volume: Since the apartment is in a normal residential house and in the interests of good neighborly relations, I ask you to adjust the volume in the evenings/nights accordingly. Loud parties are not allowed but a normal gathering of friends for dinner etc. are certainly okay!
