Ich vermiete für 4 Wochen meine 2 Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg (Nähe Volkspark Friedrichshain). Die Wohnung ist knapp 60qm groß und ist super geschnitten. Von Straßenlärm bekommt man nichts mit, ruhiger Schlaf ist garantiert. Alle Zimmer liegen zum begrünten Hof. Der Wohn-/ Küchenbereich verfügt über einen schönen Balkon. Das Bad hat ein kleines Fenster. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ausziehbar, falls Freunde übernachten möchten.
In der Wohnung befinden sich natürlich alle Utensilien, die man so benötigt (Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Handtücher etc.). Für gemütliche Abende steht ein HD Projektor zur Verfügung mit einer Bild-Diagonale von knapp 3 Meter. Im Preis ist Strom, Wasser, Heizung und WiFi inbegriffen.
Ich werde nicht alle persönlichen Dinge wegräumen können, aber dennoch wirst du genug Platz für deine Sachen haben. Im Haus und in der Wohnung ist das Rauchen strikt untersagt! Leider können auch keine Parties gefeiert werden. Die Kaution erhältst du nach Mietende zurück, sofern keine Schäden verursacht worden sind.

I am going to leave my very nice flat in Berlin Friedrichshain/Prenzlauer Berg for almost 4 Weeks. The flat is available from 27th September until 25th of October 2015. It is a bright 2-bedroom - apartment (60 sqm) with a balcony in an very quiet located old building which has been recently renewed. The flat has 2 rooms. The sofa in the living room can be also used as a double bed for guests.
Of course you can use all equipment like towels, dishes and cocking stuff etc. There is also a HD-Projector if you are keen to watch movies on a big screen. Included is electricity, heating, gas and wifi.
Unfortunately I cannot move all my stuff out, but you will have enough storage for your belongings.
Only Non-Smokers, please. No parties are allowed. I will take a deposit, that you will get back, if there are no damages and you pay your rent.
Zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus in Berlin in der Danziger Straße zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain nah am Volkspark Friedrichshain. Die Anbindung ist top: Die Tram ist 1 bis 2 Gehminuten entfernt (M10 Arnswalder Platz oder M4/M10 Greifswalder/Danziger Str.). Die S-Bahn Station Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn) ist 8-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Fußläufig gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zum Beispiel 3min ein Kaisers.

Very central, but also very quiet located in Danziger Straße 140 (between the districts Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg). Several supermarkets are near by (3 minutes walk to Kaisers). The apartment is very easily accessible by public transport (M4 or M10 also S41/S42 due to RingBahnStation "Greifswalder Straße").
Schlüsselübergabe im Laufe der Woche nach tel. Vereinbarung.
