Hallo, meine Freundin und ich würden unsere Wohnung gerne im Zeitraum vom 26.01.2016 bis zum 04.02.2016 untervermieten. BEIM TERMIN SIND WIR SEHR FLEXIBEL, AUCH NUR DAS WOCHENENDE IST MÖGLICH. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sehr gepflegten und hübschen Altbaus in der Pappelallee im berliner Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg, welcher zu einer der schönsten und angesagtesten in ganz Berlin zählt. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat die für einen Altbau charakteristischen hohen Decken, einen Balkon und wurde vor wenigen Monaten komplett renoviert. Die zwei Zimmer sind ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Beide sind, wie die komfortable Küche, vollständig und hochwertig möbeliert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt über alle nötigen Küchenutensilien und außerdem über eine Waschmaschiene und Spühlmaschiene. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar geeignet, wir haben jedoch auch eine zweite Matratze und auf unserem Sofa kann man problemlos übernachten. Ein schneller Internetanschluss und ein Flachbildfernseher mit Satellitenanschluss ist vorhanden. Bis auf unsere beiden Computer und private Unterlagen wird alles in diesem Zeitraum in der Wohnung verbleiben.

Hello My girlfriend and I would like to sublet our apartment from the 26.01.2016 to 04.02.2016. The apartment is in a very clean and pretty Berlin Altbau building located at Pappelallee, in the Prenzlauer Berg district, which is one of the most beautiful and sought-after parts of the city. The apartment is very light, has high ceilings typical of an Altbau, and a balcony. It was completely renovated two months ago. The two rooms are a small bedroom and a large living room. Both, like the kitchen, are completely furnished. The kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment is perfect for a couple, however we also have a second mattress and one can also sleep on the sofa. High-speed internet as well as a flatscreen Tv with satellite connection is included. During our absence everything except our computers and private documents will be left in the apartment.
Inmitten von unzähligen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, sowie einem vielseitgen kulturellen Angebots, kann man das Berliner Stadtleben in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr zentral in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes gelegen und verfügt über eine außerordentlich gute Verkehrsanbindung, denn U2, S-Bahn (Ring, S8, S9) und die Tram (M1, M10, M12) liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Auch sind es nur wenige Minuten zum Mauerpark und mehrere Supermärkte liegen im direkten Umkreis. Die Wohnung ist somit perfekt gelegen für einen Urlaub, Stadterkundungen oder als Basis für einen Start in Berlin.

Surrounded by countless cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a wide selection of cultural activities, here you can enjoy Berlin life to the fullest. Moreover, the location of the apartment is very central (ten minutes from Alexanderplatz) and there are excellent transport connections (the U2, S Bahn (Ring, S8, S9), and the tram (M1, M10, M12) all stop just a stone's throw away). Mauerpark is just a short walk away and there are many supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment would therefore be perfect for a holiday, getting to know the city, or as a place to start your life in Berlin.
In den Kosten sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Strom und Internet enthalten. Da uns die Wohnung sehr am Herzen liegt bzw. wir sehr viel Arbeit in sie investiert haben, ist eine Kaution über erforderlich. Wir halten uns frei eine Woche nach Schäden Ausschau zu halten, ehe Sie die Kaution sofort zurückerhalten. Bei Interessen und weiteren Fragen schreiben sie uns gerne an. Auch eine Besichtigung oder eine Unterhaltung bei Skype ist möglich.

Since we have invested so much work and money into the apartment, we require a deposit, and reserve a week after our return to make sure nothing has been damaged, after which you will get it back.
