Ich biete eine tolle 2- Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg, Schönhauser Allee. Sie liegt im 2. OG des Seitenflügels und ist daher sehr ruhig.
Sie hat 65qm, ein großes und ein kleines Zimmer, großes Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche, in die ein kleiner Tisch reinpasst. Es gibt einen Keller, aber leider keinen Balkon. Die Warmmiete beträgt 580€.Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohung auch als Wg genutzt.
Jetzt suche ich aber eine kleine Wohnung, in der ich allein leben kann. Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Alt- Treptow, Pankow. ca. 500 Warmiete und Balkon.
