Da wir mit Kind und Kegel auf Reisen gehen bieten wir unsere gemütliche, helle und voll-möbilierte Wohnung für 3,5 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an. Das große Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche liegt zur Südseite, das geräumige Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Beide Zimmer haben abgezogene Dielen und wurden vor 1 Jahr renoviert. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Paare aber aufgrund der Aufteilung leider NICHT WG-geeignet. Im Bad gib es eine Badewanne und am Ende des Flurs eine Kammer mit sehr viel Stauraum.
We are subletting our home while we go traveling for 3,5 months. Our apartment is bright, spacious and pretty cosy. The living room and kitchen face South, the bedroom faces the quiet patio. The apartment was renovated a year ago, has wooden floors and is fully furbished. It perfectly suits a couple but would not work as a shared house since the kitchen is connected with the living room. There is a bath hub and an extra storage room.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Helmholtzplatz und Schönhauser Allee in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zu Fuß geht man 2 min zur Tram (M1 und 12) und 5 min zum S+U Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee und zur U2 Eberswalderstraße. In der nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes.
The apartment is located in a quiet street between Helmholtzplatz and Schönhauser Allee. Mauerpark is in 5-10 min walking distance. The tram is in 2 min walking distance and the S+U-Bahn are 5 min away. There a plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee places around the corner.
