Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2-Raum-Wohnung für eine Woche im tollen Helmholz-Kietz/ Prenzlauer Berg: von Sonntag, den 01.03.2015 bis Sonntag, den 08.03.2015: es wäre für zwei Zimmer in einer urgemütlichen autentischen Altbauwohnung; sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln; sehr angenehme Kiez-Atmosphäre: viele Bars/ Cafés/ etc.; die Wohnung ist sehr hell (Ost/südseite 3. Stock), sie besitzt 70m² zum wohlfühlen, ist möbliert und hat abgeschliffene Holzdielen; es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleines Kinderzimmer,...wir haben eine süße Küche mit Gasherd, sogar mit herrlichem Balkon!; ansonsten gibt es ein tolles großes Bad mit Badewanne und WaMa; DSL/Flatrate ist auch vorhanden; bevorzugt für eine Kleinfamilie mit Baby/ Kleinkind: alles was kleine Kinder benötigen um glücklich zu sein, ist vorhanden (allerlei Spielzeug, KInderbücher, etc.)
Wenn du gerade für diese Tage eine Alternative zum Hostel/ Hotel suchst, melde dich! die Wohnung kostet incl.allem (Heizkosten,Gas,Strom,DSL):

affitto il mio appartamento accogliente e ammobiliato, per una settimana (dal 1.3.2015 fino al 08.03.2015); un appartamento molto carino in un bellissimo quartiere di Prenzlauer Berg con tanti café, restauranti e negozi; preferisco una famiglia con un bebè/ bimbo: una stanza doppia e una stanza per un bambino con lettino di 90/140 cm. c'é una cucina grande con tutto che ti serve per sentirti a casa. la cucina ha un balcone; c'é un bagno grande con vasca e con lavatrice. Se hai domande: senti ti libera di chiedermi. Il affito per tutta la settimana sarà 385€ con tutto incluso (internet, riscaldamento, eletricità e gas); esclusa la pulizia: 50,00€ in più 100,00 caparra; scusate, foto con megliore qualitá vengono ancora


I rent my flat; the rooms are very nice and comfortable, its for 1 week, its a beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of Prenzlauer Berg: 01/3/2015 -08/3/2015, it would be a wonderful alternative to an hotel or hostel! a little family with a little child/baby would be very welcome. its one doppleroom and one childroom with an bed until 4 years old childs, a big kitchen with balcon and a big bathroom with bathtub and washmachine and all what you need to feel welcome. if you have questions fell free to ask me.
for the whole week it cost 385,00€ all inclusive (electricity, heating, internet, gas) excluding the endcleaning (50,00€) and deposit from 100,00€
