Since my boyfriend and I will be spending the summer in New York, we are offering our beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (Berlin) for rent. Our nicely decorated 3 room apartment (100m²) with many small and lovely details has
• a quiet bed room with a comfy double bed
• a spacious living room with a big dining table, sofa and beamer
• a study/guest/dressing room with a desk and fold-out sofa (for 2 more guests).
• a bathroom with a nice large tub, where you can relax after a long day
• a kitchen with a small table and equipped with all kitchen appliances you will need (we love cooking)
We care a lot about our apartment and have spent quite some time to create a beautiful environment where you will feel at home immediately. We hope that our very ‘Berlin’ mixture of vintage furniture and modern influences will give you a cosy and welcoming feeling.
You will live in an impressive turn-of-the-century building that is conveniently located between Schönhauser Allee and famous Kastanienallee and has entrances to either of these two streets. Step outside the door and stroll down so called ‘casting alley’ with all its wonderful cafés, hip restaurants and small shops. A 5 min walk will bring you to famous Oderbergerstraße and Mauerpark with its popular Sunday flea market.
24/7 corner shop with fresh fruit across the street, next supermarket 5 min walk (REWE & several bio supermarkets). The lovely Thursday and Saturday farmers market at Kollwitzplatz is a 10min walk away.
We will be happy to provide you with more tips about our beloved neighbourhood.
The apartment is very central and close to everything, literally steps from the subway station Eberswalder Strasse (U2) and tram (M10, M1, 12) that will take you to Rosenthaler Platz in 5min, to Alexanderplatz in 6min, Berlin Central Station in 15 min, Kreuzberg in 17 min.
Bed linen, towels, iron, washing machine, dishwasher and Wifi are included.
We will be gone from August 1st –September 29th. Dates are somewhat flexible, just ask us. Minimum term of lease is 1 month.
