It is a renovated old-style building with very high ceilings, wooden floors and a new and modern kitchen and bathroom.
The location is probably one of the best in Berlin, right on the crossing of Kastanienallee and Oderberger Straße. Shops, Bars, Restaurants and Public transport all within 1 minute walking distance. Rosentahler Platz is approx. 10 min away by foot.
