I am subleting my apartment for two months since I am going to travel on vacation. It is a big apartment with old style comfort, including bedroom, living room, WC, shower, kitchen and a balcony with a nice view of the street. And it is furnished.
The apartment is situated in a very central location almost in front of Mauerpark, easily reachable through the train stations Gesundbrunnen or Schönhauser Allee. There is a supermarkt on the corner and cafés and restaurants everywhere. Neverthless the street is very calmful, and the neighbors are quiet.
It is a perfect apartment for couples, but there are some mattrasses, so it is possible to accommodate a small group too.
I am looking for people wanting to rent the apartment for the whole two months, but we can negociate if you need it for a shorter or longer period.
