Unsere Wohnung ist 85qm groß, hat 3 große helle Zimmer, ist voll möbliert, inklusive Waschmaschine, PS4, Blurays und einer Edelstahlkaffeemaschine.

My wife and me, we are going to Brazil again and we would love to sublet our appartment on Kastanienallee in Prenzlauer Berg. 85sqm, fully furnished, including washing machine, Internet, TV, Blurays, Playstation 4 and also a retro coffee machine. We are looking for a responsible couple or a single to take care of our lovely home.

Auf der Kastanienallee findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Leckere Restauraunts (Sushi, Pizza, Thai, Wiener Schnitzel), Bars, Bäckereien, hippe Modeläden, Friseure und neuerdings auch zwei Beautysalons. Kaisers, Lidl und Rewe sind alle ums Eck und die Tram hält fast direkt vor der Haustür. Zur U-Bahn Linie U2 sind es 4 min. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 5 Minuten am Hackeschen Markt. Das gleiche gilt für die U2 zum Alexanderplatz.
On Kastanienallee you will find everything what you need. Delicious restaurants (Sushi, Pizza, Thai, Wiener Schnitzels), bars, bakeries, fancy cloth shops, hairdressers, beauty salon and public transportation. Supermarkets are around the corner in Schwedter Straße.
Uns ist leider unsere Untermieterin abgesprungen, sie musste beruflich nach LA, deshalb suchen wir nun so extrem kurzfristig. Aber vielleicht finden wir ja noch jemanden, der zum neuen Jahr nach Berlin will. :)
Die weiteren Mieter im Haus sind alle um die 30 Jahre alt und mit den meisten sind wir befreundet.
