This refurbished apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors and windows has the classic Berlin old Style charme .It has a big spacious living room from which you can step out to the balcony to look over a quiet street in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
In the living room you will find a colonial style sofa and a dining area .
The also pretty spaciuos bedroom next door, has a comfi bed and a big closet for your clothes.
It is very quiet since it faces the buildings yard .The Bathroom is rather small but clean and has everything you will need. The kitchen is spacious and you will enjoy cooking there. The washing machine is placed in the kitchen as well. the dishwasher is currently not working but i am working on replacing it .Besides that you have all kitchen facillities needed .The interior is a bit " romantic"altough modern i would say . It fits single ladies or a couple perfectly.I have a baby bed and bath there also if needed.
Helhmholtzplatz is just 3 walking minutes away. In the near surrounding of the apartment you will find many charming bookshops, cafees and restaurants, second hand boutiques, concept stores and many friendly people .mostly english speaking.It is one of the nicest areas to live and enjoy in Berlin. There are also many cultural locations , cinemas and Bars and the Theater around. Public transportation (Tram and Ring-Bahn) are in 3 minutes walking distance.away. On a clear Day you can walk within 20 minutes to the TV tower and Alexanderplatz or just take the Bus and be there in 4 stations. Even if you are travelling by yourself you will feel save and great here.
there is no TV in the apartment but Wifi and books. A Baby bed can be provided as much as a baby bath and some toys.
