Die schöne Altbau-Wohnung hat 3 sehr große, geräumige Zimmer (Ess- & Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Arbeits- Gäste und Spielzimmer mit kleinem Balkon) mit Dielenboden, sowie eine große Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne & Dusche. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Gäste WC.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Im Esszimmer steht ein riesiger Tisch der zu gemütlichen Abendessen einlädt. Der Schreibtisch bietet Platz für ein kleines Home-Office, falls dies benötigt wird.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell, da sie im obersten Stockwerk gelegen ist. Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden!
Alle Zimmer sind komplett möbliert und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir leben hier normalerweise mit unseren 2 Kindern, es ist also ein Kinderbett, eine Wickelkommode etc. vorhanden, falls dies benötigt wird.

The beautiful „Altbau“ apartment has 3 very big and spacious rooms (Dining & Living room, Office and playroon with a balcony and Bedroom) with nice wooden floors, a big kitchen, spacious bathroom with bath tube and shower. There is also a small Guest-Toilette.
In the Dining Room there is a big table that invites to comfortable reunions. The desk offers place for a Home Office, in case this is something you require. This room has a big window with much light.
In the comfortable living room there is a big couch and also a TV.
As a whole the apartment has a lot of daylight, as it is in the highest floor of the building. There is no elevator!
All rooms are completely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped.
We will leave all our furniture and stuff hier, but we will make enough space so that you can fit your personal belongings comfortably. We normally live here with our 2 kids, so a baby bed, baby changng table, toys etc. are available if you need this.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Greifswalder Str. gleich um die Ecke der Bötzowstraße und Hufelandstraße. Hier gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, außerdem ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain in weniger als 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Zum Kollwitzplatz sind es zu Fuß ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten. Eine Tramstation liegt in 150m Entfernung. Mit der Tram ist man in 5 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Die Ringbahn (S41/42) ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, oder eine Station mit der Tram.

The „Altbau“ appartment is located a Greifswalder Strasse, in Prenzlauer Berg, right around Bötzowstrasse and Hufelandstrasse. Tere are plenty of Coffehouses and Restaurants, Bars in the area. Besides this, the Volkspark Friedrichshain is just 10 minutes walking distance. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is one of the nicest in Berlin, perfect to go jogging or excersice.
To Kollwitzplatz, where there is a very popular weekly local market, its only a 10 minutes walk as well.
Public transport is really easy to access: There is a Tram Station just 150 meters away, from the Alexanderplatz its around 5 minutes with the Tram line M4. The RingBahn (S41/42) its also just 5-10 MInutes away by foot or just a single tram station away.
Wir suchen ein Paar, eine Einzelperson oder eine kleine Familie mit Baby/Kleinkind.
Ihr solltet Nichtraucher sein (rauchen ist sonst nur auf dem Balkon möglich).
Die Wohnung ist nicht als WG geeignet!
Hinweis: Die Miete beläuft sich auf 1600EUR pro Monat, es ist nur eine Miete der kompletten Zeit möglich, also 3 Monate.
