We are looking for a bigger apartment, at least 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom)
In exchange we have a beautiful, central, renovated altbau by Kollwitzplatz. 3.5 m to ceiling with beautiful stucco.
It's a very calm house, the owners are very careful with who they allow to live here, so you'll never have to worry about loud neighbors or parties.
The apartment is smoke and animal-free, no animals are allowed in the building. So the standard is kept high.
Supermarkets and lots of cafés, bars and restaurants can be found very close by. Although not so close that you hear them in the evening..
We will only reply to messages that can offer a bigger apartment in central location. Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte, Friedrichain or Kreuzberg.
