Wir werden 9 Monate im Ausland sein und wollen unsere Wohnung für den Zeitraum untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock also schön hell mit holzdielen, geräumiger Küche und kleinem Badezimmer. Einen kleinen Balkon gibt es auch. Zur Zeit heizen wir mit gasetagenheizung - die Hausverwaltung will demnächst Zentralheizung einbauen aber es ist noch nicht ganz klar wann das gemacht wird. Die Mietkosten werden sich zu dem Zeitpunkt 100 Euro erhöhen. Wir suchen eine zuverlässige aber auch flexible Person, die auf unsere Wohnung aufpasst wartend wie im Ausland sind!
