wir vermieten unsere Wohnung von Anfang September bis Ende November.
Sie ist hell, groß, leise, hat hohe Decken und einen großen Balkon.
Es gibt eine Dusche und eine Wanne, eine einfache Küchenausstattung, elementares Mobilar, ein paar Pflanzen und Matratzen. Heizung, TV und Lampen gibt es auch. ;)
Ein idealer Zen-Space für eure kurze Zwischenmiete. Ideal wenn ihr zum Beispiel dringend eine Wohnung sucht und etwas zur Zwischenmiete braucht oder nur für 3 Monate in Berlin bleibt.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach zuverlässigen Mietern, die freundlich und ruhig sind.
Die Wohnung kostet mit allem inklusive 1.750 Euro pro Monat und bietet mit ihren 3 Räumen Platz für idealerweise 2 Personen.

Hi folks.
We are renting out our apartment from 5th of September until 20th of November 2018.
It will be furnished with the most basic things and will provide you with enough space to feel just right.
It comes with:
Bathtub + extra Shower, big Balcony, Kitchen + Fridge, a couple plants, a TV and chillout corner, chairs on the balcony and mattress(es).
The flat has 3 rooms. One open living room, and two separate rooms so it would provide space for at least two persons easily.
It is the ideal place if you're on the hunt for a flat at the moment or looking to stay in Berlin for three months only.
Please only contact us if you would like to stay/pay for the whole period. Unfortunately, we can't rent out the flat for only a part of the mentioned period.
We will ask for a deposit, too and would prefer nice & responsible people.
The rent is 1.750 EUR per month, everything included.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Kiez direkt an der Gleimstraße. Alle vorstellbaren EInkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unter 3 MInuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zu den nächsten Stationen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (Schönhauser Allee, Milastraße, Eberswalder Straße) sind es jeweils ungefähr 5 MInuten zu Fuß.
Auch der Mauerpark ist in 5 Minuten zu FUß zu erreichen.
Bitte kontaktiert und am besten mit einer kurzen Bescheibung von euch über Email und sagt uns wer ihr seid, wann ihr einziehen wollt und was ihr sonst noch gerne loswerden möchtet.
Die W0hnung kann in den nächsten Tagen gerne auch kurzfristig am frühen Abend oder morgen besichtigt werden. Bei Bedarf können wir euch auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen.
