Ganz in der Nähe des Prenzlauer Bergs: Mauer Park FLOH Markt, Cafés, Restaurants und ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Eberswalder (U2 + Straßenbahnen).
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, hohe Decken, Dachgeschoss mit Blick auf den Himmel und mit Schreibtisch, Sessel und Bett ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ein toller Ort für Morgenkaffee und Tee.
Wenn Sie eine aufgeräumte, verantwortungsbewusste und respektvolle Person sind (keine Paare entschuldigen!) Und einige Wochen in Berlin verbringen möchten, freue ich mich darauf, von Ihnen zu hören.
380 € für Miete, Strom und WLAN für die gesamte Dauer, ich bitte auch um eine Kaution von 120 €.
Sublet available for one room (55sqm) in a WG near Eberswalder Straße, sharing with one other while I am on vacation.
Close to all the delights of Prenzlauer Berg: Mauer Park FLOH Markt, cafes, restaurants, and very close to Eberswalder Station (U2 + trams).
The room is very large, high ceilings, top floor with views of the sky, and equipped with a desk, armchair, as well as a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and a great spot for morning coffee and tea.
If you are a tidy, responsible and respectful person (no couples sorry!), and would like to spend some weeks in Berlin then I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
380€ for rent, electricity and wifi for entire duration, I am also asking for a 120€ deposit.
