Nahe Kollwitzplatz im "goldenen Viertel " biete ich eine hochwertige von einer Designerin gestaltete Wohnung an . Küche und Bad sind beide sehr gross und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet .Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem breiten Doppelbett . Es hat viele Abstellmöglichkeiten und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank .
Im Keller ist ausreichend Platz.
Der Kollwitzplatz ist sehr nahe und die Strassenbahn in 4 min. erreichbar , um zum Alexanderplatz oder zur S Bahn zu gelangen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig gelegen und nachts können im Sommer die Fenster geöffnet werden . Kein Lärm :-)Es hat viele Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe . Auf dem Hof hat es vier Fahrräder , die gerne genutzt werden können
Die Mindestmietdauer soll 3 Monate betragen . Die Wohnung ist nicht gut für Partys geeignet , da es eher ein ruhiges Haus ist . Familien mit Kindern sind aber willkommen und gerne gesehene Gäste . Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet . 4 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung :-)
