Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett (180x200 cm) mit sehr bequemer Matratze und zwei großen Kleiderschränken. Die offene Küche ist voll-ausgestattet und bietet Zugang zur großen Dachterrasse die über einen Weber Gasgrill und gemütlicher Sitzlounge verfügt und sich ideal für entspannte Grillabende. im Sommer eignet. Das Badezimmer ist mit Doppelwaschbecken, großer Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit wunderschönem Holzboden und hochwertigen modernen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert inklusive Handtücher und Bettwäsche vermietet.

We subbed our beautiful apartment from early June to mid August.
This rooftop apartment is located on the 5th floor of a typical "Berliner Altbau", is very sunny and offers great views of the city. The highlight of the apartment are the two beautiful roof top terraces. The large living room offers a fireplace and lots of DVDs and a playstation to make your evenings at home comfortable. The bedroom includes a king size bed and two large closets. The large fully equipped kitchen offers access to the large roof top terrace which features a gas bbq and a comfortable seating lounge. The bathroom includes 2 sinks, a large bath tub and a shower. Furthermore there is a storage room which offers a washing machine.
Towels and linen will be included in the rent.
RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS, WIFI AND WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE.
Die Wohnung liegt am beliebten Humanplatz und ist nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Helmholzplatz und S-Bahn Schönhauser Allee.
Der Prenzlauer Berg ist einer der schönsten und beliebtesten Stadtteile in Berlin. Hier leben viele Studenten, junge Familien, Künstler und Intellektuelle aus allen Teilen der Welt.
Es gibt unendliche viele gute Restaurants, nette Cafés und schöne kleine Läden. Einer der besten Bäcker der Stadt befindet sich in 2 Minuten Entfernung (da wird seit über 60 Jahren noch selbst gebacken).
Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen Rewe, Netto, Biosupermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Und die Eisdiele Hokey Pokey, für die manche durch die ganze Stadt fahren, ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.
