Sunny furnished apartment with balcony in Prenzlauer Berg

I'm on holiday in september and looking for a tenant interested in renting my apartment for the whole month or for a shorter time. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg on the 4th floor of the building and it is very sunny and quiet here, so it is not suitable for parties! It is ideal for a single person or a couple and it has all the furniture and accessories you need for your stay (all kitchen accessories, towels and bed sheets).

In the apartment you have:
- Living room with sunny balcony and mirror ball ;)
- Bedroom with large bed (140 cm x 200 cm)
- Bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen with french press for coffee, juicer, mixer, fridge and mirror ball ;)

The apartment is located at the border between Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Wedding. There are plenty of bars, cafes and Spätis nearby, especially the area around Helmholtzplatz is really nice. In half an hour you can reach the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, Kastanienallee. If you enjoy spending time in nature you also have the lovely Weißen See park with a large lake nearby. There are many supermarkets around the corner and the shopping mall "Schönhauser Arcaden" is just 15 min away. The closest metro station (U/S Schönhauser Allee) is also 15 minutes away.
