Ein kleines Zimmer haben wir zu einem Ankleidezimmer umgebaut, das ihr für euch nutzen könnt. Das Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafsofa lässt sich auch zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umfunktionieren. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es viel Platz, einen Fernseher und auch Yogamatten, falls Bedarf besteht ;)
Im Preis inklusive ist ebenfalls unsere liebe Putzfrau, die alle 2 Wochen kommt.

THE FLAT
The 110 sq m flat ist located in the 2. Floor of the rear house. Absolutely quiet with two balconies. You have a fully equipped kitchen-living-room. Dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer, gas cooker, dishware and pots be available for you. There is also a washing machine in one of the two bathrooms. You have a dressing room for all your personal stuff, a bureau, a bedroom and a living room with a comfortable and cosy couch. Also included in the rent is the cleaninig woman every two weeks. Needless to say you have access to free wifi, no extra costs for water, electricity and TV.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Bötzowkiez, in der Hufelandstraße. Hier gibt es viele leckere Cafés, kleine Geschäfte und gute Restaurants. Wenn ihr aus der Tür geht, stolpert ihr fast schon in den Volkspark Friedrichshain. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und unser Späti hat wirklich alles, was gerade fehlt. Wir empfehlen besonders den familiären Wochenmarkt am Samstag am Arnswalderplatz. M10 und M4 sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem fährt der 200er Bus nur fünf Minuten von der Eingangstür entfernt, ab.
THE AREA
The flat is in the lively Bötzow Quarter in Prenzlauer Berg in the magnific Hufelandstraße where you have lovely cafes, little shops and a variety of great restaurants. The beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a few steps away from the entrance door. So no exuse for not doing the morning workout. The neighborhood is really kind and friendly, the accessibility with the two tram lines M4 and M10 is excellent. You need only 6 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 15 minutes to Warschauer Straße or 7 minutes to Eberswalder Straße. The bus number 200 brings you within minutes to the top tourist attractions. And on top there is a great weekly market every Saturday with local products.
