Der Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg ist einer der beliebtesten Kieze Berlins und spiegelt den Charme und den Ruf, den die Metropole Berlin weltweit genießt, wider wie kein anderer. Wunderschöne Straßenzüge, die zum Kaffeetrinken und Bummeln einladen, verbunden mit großzügigen Parkanlagen, Wochenmärkte, Kino und Kultur - all dies vereint der Prenzlauer Berg. Die Wege sind von hier in die ganze Stadt direkt und kurz – dank der starken Verkehrsanbindung mit der Tram sowie U- und S-Bahn.
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Schönhauser Allee entfernt und doch in ruhiger, zentraler Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Der kleine Park direkt um die Ecke lädt zum Entspannen ein und Cafés wie das “Schneiderei Café bieten Wohnzimmeratmosphäre im Kiez. The location is excellent.
The apartment is just around the corner of Schönhauser Allee. Yet, the apartment’s surrounding is calm since it’s located in a side street next to a small park. Several shopping facilities are reachable by feet. There are also gyms, cinemas, local bars and restaurants nearby.
The U Bahn and S-Bahn stations and 2 Metro Tram lines are only a few minutes walk away. The U2 takes you north to Pankow and south west via Alexanderplatz and Berlin-Mitte with its prominent Fernsehturm (TV tower) and Kurfürstendamm in the western parts of Berlin. The S41 and S42 ring bahn takes you right round Berlin in a clock/anti-clockwise direction. The M1 and M12 Metro-tram runs down Schönhauser Allee to Hackescher Hof district, via Oranienbuger Tor & Unter den Linden.
Within 20 minutes, you get to Alexanderplatz
In 30 minutes to the airport and in 25 minutes to central station.
Public parking spaces are available in front of the house.
