➡️The squirrels on Kollwitzplatz are super cute. Whether in summer or in spring - squirrels like to hide in the tall trees behind the Käthe-Kollwitz memorial and steal leftover waffles. Not only the children who romp around in the playgrounds are happy about this! 🐿
➡️You can eat really delicious ice cream in summer time e.g. Annamaria's ice café shop, where great flavours have been conjured up for years 🍦
➡️You can buy regional products from very nice people at the weekly market on Saturdays. How many classic markets like this one are there in Berlin? The selection isn't too big - this one on Kollwitzplatz is definitely one of the most special ones. You can get flowers, organic bread and liquorice or freshly squeezed juices - as well as sustainable clothing and enjoy some street music 🎶
