Alle Zimmer haben große Fenster, weshalb die Wohnung auf beiden Seiten sehr hell ist.

In this neighbourhood, only 4 stations from Alexanderplatz you will find lots of coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, bookshops and parks. Prenzlauer Berg ist one of Berlin's most famous and picturesque neighbourhoods, where artists and intelectuals gather. Only a few streets from the apartment, at Kollwitzplatz, you will find a beautiful market every saturday . There are also plenty of parks and places to take a walk, have a coffee and just enjoy the Berlin way of life.

Eine stille Straße mitten in Prenzlauer Berg, mit vielen kleinen Cafés, Bücherläden, wunderschöne Weinereien und viel Grün. An der Ecke ragt der Turm der bekannten Immanuelkirche seit 1893 in die Höhe.
Nur 3 Stationen vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. In direkter Nähe vom Kollwirzplatz, wo es jeden Samstan einen Wochenmarkt gibt.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet. Über die genauen Details kann man sprechen.
Die Küche bleibt in jedem Fall mit einer Waschmaschine, einem Kühlschrank und einem Herd/Ofen ausgestattet.
Die Nebenkosten setzen sich zusammen aus den Stromkosten, GEZ-Kosten. In den Sonstigen Kosten ist der Aufschlag für die Möbel und Geräte, die in der Wohnung bleiben, mit enthalten.
