Eine schöne 80qm- Altbauwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Badezimmer und einem leeren extra Zimmer mit einem Schrank (wurde bis jetzt als Büro genutzt, auch als Gästezimmer/2. WG Zimmer möglich).
Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und auch eine Spülmaschine.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Fernseher vorhanden.

Die Wohnung wird sehr viel leerer sein als auf den Bildern ohne Bücher, Pflanzen, Bilder etc., so dass ihr euren eigenen Bücher, Kunststücke, etc., die ihr so mitbringt, ausbreiten könnt, damit ihr euch wohl und Zuhause fühlt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und es ist extrem leise hier. Wir schlafen gerne mit offenem Fenster und das ist absolut möglich, ohne Ohrstöpsel. Im Hinterhof kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen.

The apartment is located in the heart of trendy Prenzlauer Berg. Kastanienallee is one of the best streets in the neighbourhood.
A beautiful 80 sqm old building apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and an empty extra room (has been used as an office, also possible as a guest room/2nd shared room).
The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
There is a television in the living room.

The apartment will be much emptier than shown in the pictures without books, plants, pictures, etc., so that you can spread out your own books, artwork, etc., that you bring with you, to make you feel comfortable and at home.

The apartment is located in the back house so that it is extremly quiet here. We sleep with open windows all the time and have no noise.

If you have a bike, you can put it in the area between the two houses.
