I'm looking for a temporary tenant for my cosy and fully furnished 2-room "Altbau" apartment (60m2) for 1 month starting on the 12th of June (2024) up until the 12th of July (start/end dates may be slightly flexible).

The flat is fully equipped and located on the nicest street in Prenzlauer Berg (... if not Berlin!?). You'll find a stylish kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, many kitchen utensils, pasta maker, coffee maker, and more... Furthermore, there is a large TV (with Netflix, Apple TV and a PS4) in the living room and one dining table as well as a desk (along with a second screen) in the bedroom which could both serve as the perfect spot for all your home office needs.

Rent: 1.400 EUR a month (All Inclusive)
Deposit: 600 EUR
Suitable for one person or a couple (Not as a WG!)

ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche und voll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (60m2) für 2,5 Monate ab dem 12. Juni (2024) bis Anfang September (Anfang/Ende kann etwas flexibel sein).

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und liegt in der schönsten Straße von Prenzlauer Berg (... wenn nicht sogar Berlin!?). Sie finden eine stilvolle Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, vielen Küchenutensilien, Nudelmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, und mehr... Außerdem gibt es einen großen Fernseher (mit Netflix, Apple TV und einer PS4) im Wohnzimmer und einen Esstisch sowie einen Schreibtisch (mit zweitem Bildschirm) im Schlafzimmer, die beide als perfekter Platz für dein Home Office dienen könnten.
