Wir vermieten unsere Zweizimmerwohnung (70m2) in der Erich-Weinert Straße ab dem 19.02 bis zum 5.04.
Die Wohnung geht zum grünen Innhof und ist super ruhig.
Wir heizen mit einem Kohleofen. Wenn ihr damit Erfahrung habt, wäre das toll. Falls nicht, zeigen wir Euch gernwie es funktioniert.
Kohle und Holz stellen wir für die Zeit bereit. Der Mietpreis liegt bei 780Euro monatlich, also 1170 Euro für 6 Wochen.

Die Wohnung liegt an zwischen Greifswalder Straße und Prenzlauer alle und ist somit über den Ring und die Tram sehr gut angeschlossen.
