We’re subletting our beautiful loft on the 6th floor in one of the most beautiful parts of Prenzlauer Berg for 7 weeks, starting from 20th of January 2022. Price is stated per month, amounting to 2500€ for the whole period.
There’s one room that will be used to store our things, that will be locked. If you need the third room let us know, and we will leave our belongings at a storage. The third room has an extra 20sqm and will cost 250€/month.
We’re looking for responsible tenants who will take care of our flat and especially our plants for the time we’re gone. For this reason the flat is not suitable for families with small children (sorry), and plants will be included in the deposit.
Vitamix, dishwasher, washing machine, WLAN, Apple TV, microwave, bicycle if needed.

Wir vermieten unsere schöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung im 5.OG direkt am Wasserturm in einer der schönsten Ecken des Prenzlauer Berges ab dem 20.01.2022 für 7 Wochen. Preis in der Anzeige ist der monatliche Preis, umgerechnet also 2500€ für den gesamten Zeitraum.
Es gibt ein drittes Zimmer welches wir zum unterbringen unserer persönlichen Sachen nutzen werden. Sollte das dritte Zimmer mit ca 20qm benötigt werden, wären das 250€/Monat zusätzlich.
Wir suchen zuverlässige Mieter mit grünem Daumen, die sich gut um unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und unsere Pflanzen kümmern. Aufgrund der Pflanzen ist die Wohnung auch nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, Pflanzen sind in Kaution (1 Monatsmiete) inbegriffen.
Offenes Wohnzimmer, offener Küchen-Esszimmer-Bereich, großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche, Gäste-WC, schönes Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Wasserturm.
Vitamix, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Apple TV, WLAN, bei Bedarf kann auch ein Fahrrad genutzt werden.
