Beautiful 80m² Maisonette apartment, central location, top connections (1-minute walk to the subway, suburban train, tram Schönhauser Allee). Lovingly furnished and very charming with a balcony in the courtyard, the apartment is very quiet.

The living room:
The modern furnished apartment extends over the 4th and 5th floor in the courtyard.

The bathroom:
The bathroom has a modern shower, sink, and a washing machine.

We have invested a lot of love to decorate and furnish the apartment. For this, you get a unique apartment. But we ask in return for respect and care. Watering plants would also be awesome :)

The apartment has a large, cozy living & dining room with a comfortable 2m wide sofa. The spiral staircase leads from there to another room (currently workplace) and from there it goes to the bedroom. Here is a double bed (160x200cm) with a quasi-new, terrific Emma mattress. Of course, the apartment has internet, which is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc..

As a guest, you have the entire apartment to yourself.

Wunderschöne 80m² Maisonette-Wohnung, zentrale Lage, Top-Anbindung (1 Gehminute zur U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn Schönhauser Allee). Liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr charmant mit Balkon im Innenhof, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.

Der Wohnraum:
Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung erstreckt sich über das 4. und 5. Geschoss im Innenhof.

Wir haben viel Liebe investiert um die Wohnung zu dekorieren und möblieren. Dafür bekommen Sie einen einzigartige Wohnung. Wir bitten im Gegenzug aber um Respekt und Fürsorge. Pflanzen gießen wäre auch genial :)

Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes, gemütliches Wohn- & Essraum mit einem bequemen 2m breitem Sofa. Die Wendeltreppe führt von dort zu einem weiteren Raum (aktuell Arbeitsplatz) und von dort geht es dann ins Schlafzimmer. Hier steht ein Doppelbett (160x200cm) mit quasi neuer, grandioser Emma Matratze.

Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohnung über kostenloses W-LAN.
Die Wohnküche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit einem Herd, Backofen, Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeekocher etc.

Das Badezimmer hat eine moderne Dusche, Waschbecken, Handtücher, Waschmaschine.

Als Gast haben Sie die gesamte Wohnung für sich alleine.
