Wir wohnen in einer schön sanierten Altbauwohnung im 4. OG (inkl. Fahrstuhl). Sie ist vollständig für den Alltag ausgestattet inkl. Küchengeräten, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Smart-TV etc. Die Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad) sind liebevoll eingerichtet und über einen geräumigen Flur verbunden. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt an den ruhigen Hinterhof an, das Wohnzimmer liegt nach Süden und ist daher schön hell. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Südbalkon. Der Schnitt eignet sich sowohl für einen Single-Haushalt, als auch für Paare.

My girlfriend and me are looking to sublet our fully furnished appartment for 3 months, starting August 1st.
We are living in a nicely renovated appartment in the 4th floor (incl. elevator). The appartment incluedes a wide range of furniture, equipment and appliances (i.a. fridge, dish washer, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, Smart-TV...) The rooms (sleeping room, living room, kitchen, bathroom) have been furnished with care and are connected by a spacious corridor. The sleeping room is situated next to a quite backyard. The living roome is situated towards the street and therefore bright and friendly. There is also a small balkony direkte towards the south. The layout is suiteded for singles as well as for couples.
Die Wohnung liegt in Prenzlauer Berg an der Grenze zu Friedrichshain. Der Bötzowkiez mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt vor der Tür, der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist in 5 Min. zu erreichen, diverse Straßenbahnlinien (M10, M4) in 1-5 Min. und die Ringbahn (Greifswalder Str.) in 10 Min.

The appartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg at the border to Friedrichshain. The Bötzowkiez with its cafés, bars, restaurants and shops has a lot of charme and the park Friedrichshain lies within a 5 min. walk. Several tram lines (M10, M4) are within 1-5 min. by foot and the Ringbahn (S-Greifswalderstraße) within 10 min.
Wir haben viele Pflanzen, die entsprechende Pflege brauchen. Bei Bedarf können wir sie aber auch anderswo unterbringen. Außerdem ist es uns wichtig, dass du nicht in der Wohnung rauchst und keine Haustiere hast.
