da wir diesen Sommer unterwegs sind, würden wir gerne unsere schöne Wohnung ab dem 17.07.2023 bis zum 4.08.2023 vermieten. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: nur wenige Minuten bis zur S-Bahn (Ring) und Tram (M2 zum Alex), sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Szenenbezirk Prenzlauer Berg spricht für sich selber und bedarf keiner weiteren Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und verfügt über einen südlichen Balkon.

We will be travelling this March and would be happy to sublet our lovely apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg from 17.07.2023 to 4.08.2023. The location is just perfect: it is a couple of minutes walk to the next train (Ring) and tram (M2 to Alex) stations. The numerous supermarkets and the night shops are just around the corner. The apartment gets a lot of daylight, the wooden floors and doors make it really cozy.
