We will be working remotely for a while and will be subletting our beautiful spacious and cosy 2-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg for roughly 6 weeks. It is located in the backyard building and therefore wonderfully quiet here.
Spacious living room, sleeping room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (incl. dish washer, washing machine etc.), wifi, balcony, speakers and anything you might need will be here. I think the pictures speak for themselves. :) Also, the backyard is very spacious and green.
Perfect location, very close to Kulturbrauerei (2 mins walk). U Eberswalder Str. (U2 and tram M10, M1 station) is a 5 min walk away, M10 tram station Husemannstr. is 2 mins away.
Also, Kollwitzplatz, Wasserturm, Mauerpark are really close by.
