Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Knaackstraße in Prenzlauer Berg und vor der Tür findet sich ein Cafés und Restaurant nach dem anderen. Der Kiez ist sehr gepflegt, lebhaft und charmant- eine der schönsten Gegenden in Berlin auf jeden Fall.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig und dennoch sonnig. Sie besteht aus einer offenen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer, dem Schlafzimmer, Bad und Flur.
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und künstlerischem Stil eingerichtet und ist hochwertig ausgestattet (LeCreuset/Silit Töpfe, Sonos Lautsprecher, Emma Matratze+Topper, Fernseher mit Amazon Stick, Balkonschirm, etc.). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Wir suchen jemanden oder ein Paar, der oder die die Kunst, die alten Designklassiker und das Geschirr von den Großeltern wertschätzt und dementsprechend damit umgeht.
Das ist uns wirklich ganz ganz wichtig, dass wir uns keine Sorgen um unsere schöne Wohnung machen müssen und sie in pflegenden Händen wissen.

We rent our beautiful 2 room apartment from around 04.09. - 31.12.2022
It is located in close proximity to Knaackstraße in Prenzlauer Berg and in front of the door you will find one café and restaurant after another. The neighborhood is very well-kept, lively and charming - one of the most beautiful areas in Berlin in any case.
The apartment has a large balcony facing the courtyard and is therefore very quiet and yet sunny. It consists of an open kitchen, a living room/dining room and the bedroom.
We are looking for someone who appreciates art, old design classics and crockery from grandparents and deals with it accordingly.
It is really very important to us that we don't have to worry about our beautiful apartment and that we know it is in caring hands.
