I rent my super nice penthouse apartment in Hufelandstraße, directly Volkspark Friedrichshain from February 2023 until the end of June 2023 (while I travel to Asia). I rent to a couple or a single person who appreciate quiet and coziness. No parties. Unfortunately, the apartment does not fit more than two people or a shared apartment, because it has an open concept of space.
Apartment is top equipped, including bath and shower. The windows in the living area can be fully (!) opened and you are completely merged with nature.

Ich vermiete meine superschöne Penthouse Wohnung in der Hufelandstraße, direkt Volkspark Friedrichshain von Februar 2023 bis Ende Juni 2023 (bin für fünf Monate in Asien) Ich vermiete an ein Pärchen oder eine Einzelperson, die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit zu schätzen wissen. Leider passt die Wohnung nicht für mehr als zwei Personen oder eine WG, da sie ein offenes Raumkonzept hat.
Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, inklusive Badewanne und Dusche. Die Fenster im Wohnbereich lassen sich vollständig (!) öffnen und man ist komplett mit der Natur verschmolzen.
