Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche Wohnung für 6 Monate unter, da wir für diese Zeit im Ausland sind.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und kann alleine oder als Paar bewohnt werden. Sie liegt im 13. Stock und hat eine schöne Aussicht über den Norden Berlins.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und es gibt alles was man im Altag so braucht (großes Bett, Couch, Fernseher, Wasch- und Spülmaschiene etc.). Homeoffice möglichkeit für zwei Personen vorhanden.

We sublet our cozy apartment for 6 months, as we are abroad for this time.
The apartment is fully furnished and can be lived in alone or as a couple. It is located on the 13th floor and has a nice view over the north of Berlin.

Der Tower liegt in einem Park und die Wohnung daher recht ruhig.
Die S Bahn & Tramstation Greifswalder Straße ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort fährt der Ring und man kommt in 10 Minuten mit der Tram zum Alex.
Außerdem gibt es fußläufig einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The tower is located in a park and the apartment is therefore quite quiet.
The S Bahn & streetcar station Greifswalder Straße is a few minutes walk away. There, the ring goes and you can get to the Alex in 10 minutes by streetcar.
There are also some grocery stores within walking distance.
Da viele Familien in dem Haus wohnen, sie ist nicht geeignet für große Partys.
Wir würden und über ordentliche Untermieter freuen, die sich ideralerweise auch um meine Pflanzen gern kümmern!
Da wir selber keine Tiere haben und nicht rauchen wäre es klasse wenn du ebenfalls ohne Tiere hier einziehst und nicht in der Wohnung rauchst.
Haftpflichtversicherung erwünscht.
