**PRICE AND DURATION NEGOTIABLE!**
Hey guys, I was hoping to rent out my apartment over the Christmas and New Year period. Dec 8-Jan 15, it is a single room bed and living space plus separate kitchen and bathroom flat in Prenzlauer Berg. The flat is 42 square metres and comes fully furnished. The living space is space has plenty of natural light and a nice sized TV is there for use. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo and the washing machine as well.
I am looking for €800 total for the entire 5 weeks, that is warm and including internet (good quality internet suitable for home office). I will also require a €400 security deposit.
Price and duration is negotiable.

The flat is just a 5 minute walk from the U2 and S-Bahn (S+U Schonhauser Allee). It is also directly on the tram line with the M1, M13 and 50 tram. There are plenty of supermarket options nearby with Rewe, Edeka and Lidl all 5-10 minute walk away.
It is also walking distance to Mauer Park and plenty of bars and restaurants.
