Hi everyone - We're subletting our two bedroom flat in Prenzlauer Berg from Mid-December until Mid-January.
It's a 4th-Floor altbau apartment facing the inner courtyard. Fully furnished, kitchen equipped, and the larger bedroom has been converted into a living space divided by a bookshelf.
Perfect for anybody looking for an entire flat to themselves or for a two-person flatshare if necessary!
Heart of Prenzlauer Berg! 7 minute walk to S Bornhomler, 5 minutes to M10 tram, 10 minutes to S + U Schonhauser Allee, 10 minute walk to Mauerpark, and plenty of cafes, supermarkets, bars all around.
Neighborhood nice and quiet but still with plenty to do including a cool neighborhood cafe, bar, sushi restaurants and also not far from Gesundbrunnen if you're travelling internationally :)
The flat has pretty much everything you need. We'll leave everything for you to use including things like a TV in each room, cooking equipment, etc.
